Hi,

I booked flat in Bren project “Bren Avalon” two month back. They gave me mail confirmation and I paid 3 lakh as booking amount. Now from last 1 month, they are postponing sale agreement saying that owner is delaying and some internal communication is going on. Now they are saying owner is not willing to sell, he is asking for more amount.
