Dear Sir,
My name is Anand Michael .I used to work with Klickbrick as an AGM – Business Development which was a venture of Brick Eagle group a mis managed company which recruited staff and did business without any intention of paying staff .They made staff use their own money for official work with promises to clear all dues.
I have not been paid my wages for the month of July , August and September of 2016 which is a total of 300,000 as well as expenses of 11,520.
There has been several reminders which has been sent to Mr.Rajendran the CEO and director via emails as well as to Mr.Rajesh Krishnan the Chairman of the Group, however no payments have been made .
Details below for your understanding
1) 05/05/16 – Offer letter from company HR – Mrs. Sandaya Mahadik – CTC offered 12 lacs per annum.
2) 11/05/16 – Date of joining.
3) 13/06/16 – paid salary for May – INR 33,771
4) 29/0616 asked to travel to Chennai for official reasons and no expenses was given , had to pay for feeding and travel expenses for self and junior team members . expenses for May and June 11,520 which was not reimbursed.( bills were presented)
5) 21/07/16 – paid half salary for June INR 45,850.
6) 01/10/16 – paid one quarter of June salary INR 25,000.
7) 10/10/16 – paid one quarter of June salary INR 20,850.
I hope that I receive a favourable response and my dues are cleared without further delay.
