I have taken the connection in june from You broadband in Vadodara. From July itself,the issue of not getting any internet connection started. Gradually the frequence started increasing and every week I have to ring up the customer care number at other states as nobody picks up the phone at baroda city in the numbers menrioned at their website.
Even after visiting their offices many times,no permanent solution pccured.
I have taken the connection because of the Work From Home need. I have paid the money in full and imspite of repeated complains I am still suffering to this day
