I have taken the internet connection 16 months plan with free wi fi router on January 2, 2018. Ms. Khayati Sarang, head office adajan, surat used to call me again and again when I have inquired about it. She was irritating me by calling in every 1-2 hours for the confirmation of connection and payment. She told that router will be provided within 10-15 days. After that when I called her for router she started to avoid my phone calls. Internet is also not working from 7-8 days. They simply registered complaints but not take any action. Their executive visit once but he told that power maintenance work is going on in someone’s house so internet will be started after 2 day. But till now it is not resolved. They are registering my complaint but not taking any action. They are using someone else’s power connection or they have not even power backup. Form 7-8 days I cannot use Internet neither I get a router. This is so ridiculous.
