bsnl broadband – One time charge

I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills for the last 2 months for hungama music and movies and games which i had not subscribed to. I have been wrongly charged for services i had not asked for nor had utilized. I paid extra amounts for the last two months. So please be refunded extra amount as deductions in my next bill. The hungama service should be immediately terminated from my account.

  1. Hi Tikona Team,

    I am wring a mail to update regarding your fraud and fake talking with me like 1113017012.

    I have sent several emails still no works , regarding my case.

    Here is the following reasons to suffering problems,

    *. More than 15 days Tikona network is not working it’s very slow and not able to connect several times not even getting Logon page several times.

    *. We have not received any call from customer care to resolve the problems.

    *.. I am paying for 4 MBPS speed around 635 rupees i am not even getting 1 MBPS speed which is really useless.

    *.. When there is any maintenance or service issue in network connectivity Tikona is not giving any intimation to customer care.

    Still I am receiving Tikona Bill for unused days, I stopped using Tikona service more than 15days.

    Finally I want to say one word “Your customer care service is really pathetic and big harassment to customers”.

    I am fed up with customer care and their service.

    After using 10 days of internet Tikona charged me half of the amount, that also they are not prompt on refunding the amount.
    I am complaining was past 15 days that my connection is not working and i am not getting logging page, However this team is responding my issue

    Service engineer not came and resolved my case as maintains in record book in tikona system. My case have not addressed and I am getting problems. As well as.

    I am extremely not satisfied with the service .

    Earlier in 16 August i had registered a complaint that due to network issues i was not able to use internet, First complaint was not addressed, so i registered one more complaint for the same issue after which your network engineer’s not visited the site .

    I have many times called to ur team but they call disconnect directly , always time saying “Our advance technical team working on ur case”.

    from 16 daily call to care team , they not address my case and still saying I will take care with advance technical team working on ur case”.

    I want to complain to consumer court as well as local juries court.

    I am drifting in all social site .

  2. I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bill for the last two months for HUNGAMA MUSIC, MOVIES AND GAMES which i had not subscribed to.I have been wrongly charged for these services. Last month i paid Rs. 67( bill no.-129546135,dt.-08/04/2014) and Rs. 297 ( bill no.-131730174, dt.-08/05/2014 ).So please refund and adjust with my next bill of June-2014.
