I have recharged ₹ 444/- internet pack for 90 days but there was a slow means very poor speed in 3G(only 16kbps speed) I’m getting in my mobile,I have already complains to bsnl services they told me that we have rectified your problem about data slow in my mobile,even now also there was no speed in internet in mobile again I call the customer care of bsnl they are telling that minimum balance 1,delete your history in your browsers,after that restart again and use the data .they all are tell this simple reason to escape from customers.Finally I lost my money choosing bsnl services.i want my money back from bsnl telecom.
