MY TELEPHONE 0361-2232077 LYING AS DEAD FROM LAST FIVE MONTHS. I CAN NOT BOOK MY COMPLAIN DUE TO PREVIOUS COMPLAIN NOT CLEARED. I HAVE BROAD BAND CONNECTION BUT I CAN NOT USE INTERNET. REGULARLY I AM PAYING TELEPHONE BILL. I HAVE TRIED AND REQUEST VERY OFTEN BUT MY PROBLEM NOT SOLVED. PLEASE PLEASE ARRANGE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM SO THAT I CAN USE MY TELEPHONE AND ALSO ARRANGE TO REFUND MY PAYMENT MONEY WHICH I HAVE PAID DURING FAULT PERIOD.
