BSNL – not repairing faulty bsnl landline connection despite multiple complaints online and offline

Sir,

I booked a complaint on 9th August 2019 for my landline phone [protected] and the complaint registration No was [protected] .

On 14th August I also made an online complaint for this very phone and the registration No. of complaint was [protected].

To my utter surprise I got an sms that complaint booked for Phone No [protected] with registration number [protected] has been resolved. On checking I found my landline faulty.

I again booked the complaint on 15th august 2019 and the registration number was allotted as [protected] .

On 20th August I received two sms that the complaint for Phone no. [protected] with registration number [protected] and [protected] have been resolved without resolving the complaint in reality.

I again booked my complaint on 21st August 2019 whose docket no is [protected] .

Sir in this connection you are requested to make necessary arrangements for getting my phone complaint resolved as it is lying dead since 9th August 2019. It is further requested that an enquiry may also be initiated that why my complaint shown as resolved time and again without making my phone set right.
