Recharged mob.no. 9415154809 for 106 on 8th Nov 2021 validity expiring after 100 days as per bsnl plan but got SMS for Rs 103 recharge that too expiring on 15th Nov 2021. How is it possible and what went wrong at what level. Who is responsible for this mischief or error.
