On 11.08. I purchased a ticket on SG 116 from Darbhanga to Mumbai.

The cheapest ticket was listed on the WeGo app for Rs. 6118.

I made the payment, and the transaction with reference number B11UB65Z62 was successful.

After a few hours, I got a call saying that I needed to pay an additional $1270 because my reservation was not confirmed.

Due to my busy schedule at the time, I paid that sum.

The fair was approximately 660 dollars when I checked after returning, but they charged me more than 7300 dollars, and they didn’t even provide an invoice for the additional 1270 dollars.

Upon being contacted by customer service, I received a new invoice for the entire amount.

I should have been declined when I inquired about a rate change between transactions.

How is it possible that rates go up after a transaction is finished?

They advertise a low fare at first, then raise the price while delaying ticket release.

Checking such websites is necessary to protect customers.

They have no regard for customers and are only concerned with making money at all costs. Furthermore, they don’t adhere to the procedure.

When a transaction is finished, an automatic invoice should be created and sent to the appropriate customer’s mail.

The transaction should not be successful if a change in the fare system truly causes an error to appear during the booking process.
