I have placed an order to purchase Redmi Y1 Gold 64 GB Mobile Phone to this site on 29-12-2017(Amount paid through my HDFC Credit Card). But till 10-1-2018 I didn’t get delivery of the product. So, I had mail the matter to the email id- [email protected]. They given reply to me as provide your bank details we cancelled your order and will refund your paid amount with 7 days. I provide all the required information on 10-01-2018. But I didn’t get my refund back of Rs.10,799/-. Instead of repetitive mails I didn’t get any reply from the site. I also phone called so many times to buyer (T. Vinoth) mobile no. 07299866647 , but he didn’t any reply to me.
