My name is Megha Verma. I am a student from Jhansi and I was persuing the course of Bsc.Ag Hons. in Ist year from the very esteemed college, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi.
But due to lack of my further interest in this course and some personal reasons I am preparing for other course and I got my admission cancelled on 5th January, 2022.
I got my admission and locked the seat on 10th November, 2021 by depositing the amount of ₹5500.
Later on I deposited the rest of the fee i.e ₹25000 on 13th November, 2021.
I paid the total fee of amount ₹30,500. During admission cancellation I requested for fee refund to my respected professors and HOD but they directly refused to refund the amount. On the official website of the college the dates of admission were extended and the last date of admission was 31st December, 2021 and during this formal notification I got my admission cancelled within 4 days. Acorrding to the ugc guidelines regarding Refund of fees I should get my refund because in the right time duration I got my admission cancelled.
I contacted the faculty many times but there is no response regarding my problem.
I am writing this , to request to refund my admission fee because recently I am too much stressed and anxious as I am suffering from financial problems. I want my refund so that I’ll be relieved a bit from the burden of money which I am supposed to pay to another college for my further admission.
I hope you understand my situation and refund my fee that i paid before.
Please kindly pay attention towards this humble request without any further delay. I shall be grateful to you in this matter .
