I have been approached by buy2get.com customer care people and they offered me a product, telling me that this is for company advertisement. They told me to buy any product from their website above Rs. 500 as it is an special offer for few customers, so i bought an watch for Rs. 845 on 22/3/2019 and then they told me that u have won an IphoneX and now you have to pay Rs. 7019 as an file charge amount, so i did that on 23/3/2019, (i have done all payments through there website using payUmoney) and then he asked me to pay an insurance amount for Rs. 15550 and then he told me that after paying this amount your product and gift will be dispatched and then the amount will be refunded in 24 hours, but that was just a talk. I declined for the amount to pay because i was bit suspicious and i am an student and i was not able to afford it though.
After a month of trying, 3 days i got in touch with the man again and he was just again and again trying to convince me to pay the amount. At last I was just clinged to this that I am trusting him for the last time and I paid the amount for Rs. 15550 on 30/4/19, and he told me your all procedures will be completed within 24 hours and after that that guy is not picking up my phone and now is number is switched off. I talked to someone else at his company they were just telling this and that were just telling me call this time and not responding correctly and honestly.
I got a call today again asking for some amount again so that can initiate my refund.
I totally find this fraud now.
I seriously need some help.
Please help me with this, i belong to poor family and i am in big mess. Please help me.
