Hi Sir,
I also ordered a bicycle from https://buyoy.in/ but not message I have received till now.
One thing I want to tell here, how Razorpay allow such kind of comany to collect payments without verifying the documents and company existance.
I would request to take a legal action against the website owner, the payment goes via razorpay and they should have all the details of the owner, if razorpay doesn’t have a detials about it then I think razorpay is also a culprit, so I would request to take all the details from them about the owner and if possible please help us in getting refund of our amout.
