I recently placed an order on their website. Every brand sends you shipping details and tracking id within days but currently, I am on day 8 without any information about my orders from the brand. I have sent them multiple emails and called them repeatedly, but they haven’t responded. I got suspicious and Googled them when I found so many complaints against this brand. There are people still waiting for their orders. I am really hoping to get some help to get a refund from this brand because they either don’t deliver or they deliver subpar products apparently.
