I’m writing to let you know how extremely unhappy and indignant I am with the terrible service your team has been providing. They failed to provide the promised service despite receiving the advance payment, and they are now requesting that the money be refunded by mail. In order to provide service, the team even requested additional funding. This demonstrates your company’s total disregard for customer satisfaction and is a blatant betrayal of trust.
Furthermore, I was treated in an unprofessional and unacceptable manner by one of your team members yesterday, which is completely unacceptable for a respectable service provider. I was forced to look for alternate arrangements at much higher costs due to your team’s ineptitude and rudeness, which resulted in significant financial loss and inconvenience.
Your team’s utter lack of accountability and customer-centric approach astounds and horrifies me. Seeing a customer treated with such contempt and disrespect, with no consideration for their issues or welfare, is concerning.
I want the advance payment returned immediately and in full, as well as reimbursement of 10 times paid amount for any further expenses incurred as a result of your team’s failure to deliver. In addition, I anticipate a formal apology for the team’s actions and a resolute guarantee that similar occurrences won’t happen again.
