When I first called the taxi service, they informed me that there was a cab available from Uttarakhand to Delhi after making a reservation on the website.
They called to give me an update. Since there isn’t a cab available, we’re giving you a voucher in exchange for canceling the reservation. You can try choosing another SUV option with the voucher.
I then requested a refund to the same account.
I may not use the service in the near future, but they won’t give me a refund and insist that I use the voucher, which is ineffective for full payment when I book a cab.
They will only take the advance payment out of the voucher.
As a result, they are very experienced in using vouchers to lock people in, and they are also very knowledgeable about how to profit from using vouchers.
Please don’t trust scambazar after I tried to contact customer service by phone and sent numerous emails but received no response.
They advised me to use the full amount to pay for the trip, so I used the voucher for rides 389667 and 389669.
However, only the advance amount has been deducted here, leaving 1300 and 1100 rupees for the trip, so from the airport to Ameerpet Hyderabad…
Normally, I can get a cab for less than 1000 rupees through other apps or a local taxi, but I ended up paying 1700 rupees total. Do you consider it to be reasonable?
Furthermore, Gachibowli 1400? You guys are looting like crazy; if i want to use my 2800 voucher, at least need spend 30k. In that manner, I requested a refund.
You guys are working extremely hard to make money, but it is simple to understand how someone could use your application without your knowledge.
