Ordered a cake yesterday for delivery today in Mumbai. There is no contact no or call centre to track the order and status of delivery. They are only contactable by email, but that also is very sketchy. Did not receive any call for delivery.
I have attached the order details for reference. So want to ask for refund, but there is no process for refund or cancelling the order. Total amount paid is Rs. 1524/-.
