I have ordered birthday cake to my friend for first time on October 10 since her birthday is on 18 I had not received any mail confirmation from the vendor regarding my order, today the delivery is supposed to happen I tried contacting them via phone.
They have not provided any contact details in there website, when I Tried to Contact through mail Id I got a response saying my order is cancelled without any intimation they have cancelled my order.
And due to which I lost good relationship with my friend which leads to mental depression to me I want to Raise a complaint against this unprofessional behavior from this portal am seriously lost because of this issue I can’t show my face to my friend now.
