I have order an online cake through cakesportal.in, but there no response from them after the amount got deducted from the account I have put several email ,but there is no response I didn’t even get the order ,please look into this matter and refund my amount back if they are unable to deliver my order on given

I Order placed on 16th November 2022 paying Rs. 649 on Cakesportal.in
I received email confirmation on 16th November 2022. Thereafter i received another email asking for additional payment of Rs.250/- stating rates has gone up litter higher than usual.. Which is paid by me to avoid delay in delivery (16.11.22)
I did not receive any confirmation email from you.
When i tracked my order yesterday (17.11.22) – it was saying that ” Order 48153 was placed on November 16,2022 and is currently Being processed”
I sent you a message yesterday with the screenshot of the tracker. For which i received email stating that order is already delivered successfully on 16.11.22 with a bill of Rs.649/- when i paid Rs.899/- (649+250) When i replied your email asking for discrepancy in amount, i got a reply stating “sorry for inconvenience and updated invoice will be sent shortly.” Till now i did not receive any invoice,
Late in the evening when i checked with my family i understood that they have not received any cake. This is utter non-sense. When i sent email to you there is no reply.
What does your silence mean?
