7th feb 2023 had placed an order for cake, to be delivered on 8th feb, vikhroli mumbai.
later was intimated on mail regarding postponing the delivery due to shortage of services.
on 8th, was again intimated that they cannot deliver the product, due to shortage of services and hence cancelling the order by themselves. refund would be initiated within 10-15 days.
today, it is more than a month now, haven’t received a single penny.
they don’t even have courtesy to inform for their shortcomings.
I guess they are scamters, who are cheating people, with a fraudulent site. even their customer care mails are bouncing back.
