It is known that on February 27, 2023, I placed an order for a cake, flowers, and a tiny teddy bear worth Rs. 1449, which includes the cost of midnight delivery because I wanted the order to be delivered between the hours of 11 p.m. and 11.59 p.m. on February 28, 2023.
However, the order was not delivered, even though the tracking indicated that it was pending delivery.
I was left with no choice except to cancel.
It is deeply regrettable to report that despite sending numerous reminders for the Refund of My Amount of Rs. 1449/- for the Order No. #51161 dt. 27.02.2023, the Company has not turned to do the REFUND.
This dishonest gesture shows a lack of HUMANITY, INTEGRITY, and an indication that you are stealing money from fictitious orders by duping your customers with large screen ads.
The company promised to return the money within ten days, but more than fifteen days have passed and it has said nothing.
Please assist me in getting a prompt refund of my severance pay.
