Have taken a high speed broadband connection from Calcutta Telephones under their scheme BBG SPEED COMBO ULD 2841. Monthly subscription is Rs.2841+taxes. Speed is supposed to be 8 mbps. Since 23rd of June, i.e. for about 10 days now, I am getting a speed varying from 0 to 1 mbps with Internet connectivity playing hide-and-seek, now it is there, now it is not. Have lodged complaints many times. Talked to almost all the senior officers beginning from JTO, Entally. No action is being taken. With every passing day, I am losing Rs.100 each day.
