I was persuaded to book a vacation package at Manali in June 2023 by representatives of this company who assured me that it would be worth the money and offer the best facilities and services.
I, who come from a middle-class family, bought into their arguments and paid them while daydreaming about vacations from my daily tasks.
I donated my hard-earned money in the hopes of receiving a favorable response from them.
But once they receive payment, they no longer return calls or answer messages.
I also mailed them, but the email id was invalid, so they were not delivered.
I want them to be subject to legal action.
I have every document and voice recording that might be helpful in a court case.
