Carbazaar is running a syndicate. They will appear to you very friendly, co-operative, in real trouble, but will never give your car or money back.
Mr Kiran Sinha who is the director of the firm, along with Ms Nidhi Iyer who acts as a senior level executive are the masterminds of the syndicate.
They asked me to pay upfront 5 lakhs for a 10 lakh car and the rest I paid by loan. I insisted to get car loan through my bank (that way I could know the dealer) the loan money went directly to dealer. They gave me 75k discounts and allured me to get into this deal. Once I paid 5 lakhs in mid-feb 2018, then they stopped calling me. I followed up each time with a new excuse to hear from them. In Mid march, they said, they wrongly booked the car, and I cancelled the booking. From then, they are paying me 30k each month just to keep engaged and me not take drastic step. So far paid only 1 lakh out of 5 lakh, even after 4 months of canceling.
Horrendous mental harrasment I have to go through while dealing with them.
They have ~4 lakh Rupees still to be refunded back to me. PLEASE HELP.
