Terrible service – again – for my family, followed by factually incorrect response to email when we reported the issue. And no call centre service to deal with this. You guys have got so bad in the last few months, we are failing to see why we should continue using you. This is the third trip in four we have been seriously let down.
Feel free to have a manager (only) call me to close this particular one.
