Issue: I filed reports about the automatic flame inside of the oven from topside hasn’t working and need to flaming it in separate lighter. (The technician failed for repairing it and report to company for prompt action).

I want you to kindly forward my complaints to the management on HAEIR Co. Cooker model # HAEIR HCR9060GT1, which I am so sorry to send, I bought it last May 10th 2025, that the quality I trusted does not meet what I am expecting of quality standard. I spent more money I though the brand name will meet my satisfaction and it was high recommended by your sales team to buy it as high quality and to prevent future issue and to drive targeted brand name.
What Happened is makes me dissatisfied, during this short period since I bought it, unfortunately the product has not performed well because the HAIER Cooker is defective and I faced many of technician Problems,
1- The top cover glass door of the cooker broke off; I have not used this in a way that would cause broken.
2- Second is, I filed reports about this problem that the lamp of interior oven burned down.
3- I filed reports about the automatic flame inside of the oven from topside hasn’t working and need to flaming it in separate lighter. (The technician failed for repairing it and report to company for prompt action).
I left my reports to HAIER Co & Dealer to sort out my problem since Sep 27th 2025, and ask someone to contact me for replacement, but no one has contact back.
To resolve this problem, I would like company to replace it and pick it up this cooker for free, I have enclosed copies of bill including my receipt voucher for your reference.
I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem.
