DEAR SIR/MADAM,
My name is Tanveer Sharif and I am regular and old customer of Carrefour in United Arab Emirates.
Always I believed that the price of Carrefour is cheaper than other stores but I was wrong.
30 march, 2018 I have bought iphone 6 from your Mall of emirates branch of Aed:1299/- but the very next day I surprised to see that in other store they are giving in (Aed:1269 Sharaf Dg) and (Aed:1220 Union Coop) and (Lulu Aed:1, 269) Than I went to your store in MOE they told if our price is higher we will pay you 20 times the price difference should the customer buy an item from the Store and then buys the same item at a cheaper price from another major* retail store in the UAE.
They told me they need receipt from other store so I bought same item with same specification from other store sharaf dg in AED: 1269/- I have all original receipts. I have shown both receipt to your customer service but they did not accept they are saying as per our terms and conditions item in the promotion we cannot give you 20times refund. I asked them if other stores they are giving even in promotion that’s mean your prices/margin are higher than other stores and they answer me that no problem you can select that stores for shopping. From last 10 years I am buying things from Carrefour and I am so disappointed this time.
