I went today at approximately 11 AM to carrefour Me’aisem as usual to purchase some food and other item, I found special discount on Rice, I picked up 20 cases of 5 KG and other items, while at the cashier they called the security and the supervisor, they said I can take 5 cases only, sincerely felt very impressed in front of Cashier, security, helper staff, supervisor and of course few other customers were in que watching me as if I stolen something, there was nothing written on the rice to take maximum 5 cases. I am not young boy and I have big family to feed and I am regularly purchasing from Carrefour for my house. My company is dealing in Golf Car not Rice. Very very very bad situation and experience

    I ordered 10th of October 21 a refurbished laptop for 1599 AED. The order was confirmed and the money was taken from my credit card. Couples hours later i received a message from carrefour, the laptop is sold out and the order was cancelled. Money refund in preperation. Usually this is not okay , because the order was confirmed and in this case carrefour must deliver. After a couple of days i was wondering whether the refund was not on my account. I had several fon call and emails but till today nothing happen. The 1599 AED are still not on my account. The transfer number, which I was given from carrrefour to me is unknown by my bank in Germany. Carrefour closed the case and still ow me 1599 AED. What can I do ???
