I bought washer online on 01.07.2017 via order no 00138319 and we got sms on 03.07.2017 that my order is shipped and on the way to me.

From that day we are waiting for the delivery but unfortunately nobody is there to give clear picture about the delivery status even one of lady told us that my washer has been already delivered to us and another lady says this on the ways.

We are unable to go out because we are informed that delivery is on the way.

Kindly look into this because we are really not expecting this king to customer from carrefour.
