Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Please be informed that I’m disappointed about my experience with Carrefour call center in UAE. First of all, there is no reply to my messages in the social media since three days. Secondly, Mr. Ahmad Kamal abused me and hangout the call several times without any reason, I tried to contact them from different number but the matter still remain the same. Thirdly, I’ve been informed by the store manager and her staff to order 18 pices for a particular item in order to have it in the promotion offer, when I refused a staff from Shahama branch in Abu Dhabi contacted me saying that you can collect the item. I’m staying in Dubai why do I need to go to Abu Dhabi to buy it?
Last but not least, the gentleman who was dealing with me said unprofessional words and shouted to me without considering human rights.
Please investigate the matter and give me my rights back.

I bought rice with Lamb as displaced in the photo from Deerfield Carrefour, when packed and bought home found it was Egyptian mousak, which was beef, as we don’t eat beef we couldn’t use it, why this happens with a reputed firm, pl arrange to refund my money of 28AED
