We have given my washing machine for repair (under warranty) called to carrefour (May 5), picked up after all the trouble of follow up (May 9), till May 15 we dont have update both from Carrefour and the service center, till this date May 27, 2018 – only they say they are waiting for parts – which is only a bearing, a bearing- we dont have in UAE. First what kind of service you are providing to your client, 2nd why you are having an after sales service center that suck, 3rd I am a paying customer expecting that when I purchased an item it will be good and tested, and a warranty should be a peace of mind.

I need my washing machine back today or I will make a formal complaint to Consumer Rights in Dubai UAE and all your social media accounts.
