I made purchase from Carrefour webstore on 31st Dec, have received all receipts for the same. I had purchsed 50″ Samsung UHD TV. Its 10 days passed now (today 09th Jan 18) i have still not received my order.

While time of purchase Carrefour had promised to deliver within 4 working days, but there was not a single call from carrefour neither their delivery company if any after 4 working days. I made 4 follow up calls to carrefour and every time they promised me that they will deliver tomorrow. But the order is still not delivered. Very pathetic delivery service by Carrefour.
