The customer service and the delivery system are awful.
Friday 27th September, I ordered to be delivered on Saturday morning, The order was late, I had to call4 times and submit a complain. At last I got the order at 9pm with a missing item. I called again to complain, nothing I didn’t get my money or my item (croissant 60 eg)
Friday 3rd of November, I ordered and paid online. Saturday at noon, I opened the order in front of the delivery man, 3 items were missing! So I called the customer service, I wanted to talk with any manager…nothing. At 7pm, I got a phone call from one of the managers, I told him that I need my order complet. He promised to do it.
TILL NOW I DIDN’T GET ANYTHING:
1.the refund of the 1st croissant 60 egyptian pounds.
2. THE ORDER OR THE MONEY OF THE ORDER 1140 egyptian pounds.
I need my order
Carrefour supposed to be a respectful place not a bunch of thieves
