Dear sir,
I bought a window air condition from carrefour on 26/8/2017, and deleivery & installation next day, the deleivery came next day, but the installation came the day after.. I wait more than 48 hours.
After installing I found the A/C is with out net from out side.. and no water nozel from back side. (see the picture). I am disapointed about this but this what happened. I want you to check if it’s from the dealer or hour staff.
