Hello,
My laptop was under extended warranty and I give (29/07/2017) it for screen repairing after on collection (22/08/2017)I realised they damage it more, I told them it’s their fault but the insurance company and repairing company refused to accept that till local carrefour manager involved after they accept to repair and change a back cover, after they call me and told me it’s ready and they confirm BACK COVER BEAN CHANGED. But it was a lie I had a proof they did not do that, they lie big lie and I refuse to accept that and now till now (28/09/2017) still waiting to get my laptop. I am so angry they try to cheat me, this is carrefour fault. They should deal with trusted companies. This happen to me in Carrefour Mirdiff, Dubai, UAE. Staff know my case in that branch. Please some one do something it’s more than a 2 month. Now I live in UK and my laptop still In UAE.
