We mistakenly approached a ’10 items counter’. A cashier scanned over 10 items per receit divided into 2 receits, then told me she needs to call her supervisor (after it’s scanned and paid for), but then gave us a receipt. Once we reached home we found out that 4 food items were missing with total amount about 100 AED. When I called customer support noone responded. Hope it will be investigated.
