Dear – I have place 2 times order for LAPTOB BAGS Online on Carrefour Website with below order details:-
1) Order No. 21383342133340 on 17/10/2021 for amount of AED 144.57
2) Order No. 21454615946138 on 21/10/2021 for amount of AED 166.00
Above two orders has been cancelled from CARREFOUR SIDE without any intimation and apology from their side which is very disappointing and very bad after sales service.
Please confirm if the total amount of AED 144.57 + AED 166 = AED 310.57 is returned back to my account or not ?? If you had done so, please share me the proof details by return mail. ([email protected]
