I bought a fridge ( Toshiba) with prolonged guaranty, The freezer seal was leaking (still is)I have several, several times contacted the supplied number to have it fix. It s been going on for almost 6 months. They came to our home once, without any tools, ripped off the freezer seal to flip it upside down. They just maid it worst. Since then, no news, I called many times, they haven t shown up for the schedul appointment, no calls from them, TOTALLY USELESS
