I live in Abu Dhabi, using Carrefour on line, last purchase from April 28 (Grocery with amount around 3300 DH), like every month some items not delivered (around 20 items), usually 3 to 4 days the money refund will be debit on my credit card, up to now and after a six calls of follow up, the employees has one answer : Sorry Sir, we will update you … and obviously nobody call back and no refund … and it looks like I am dealing with ghosts… I am a regular customer of Carrefour since 20 years.
There is no trust anymore in such department!!!
