Yesterday I have received my Sony Soundbar HT-RT3 (order ID 00322315), which I ordered on 2nd Sep. 2017 through webstore.

Complaint – hdmi port not working.

Details of complaint – Connection of HDMI between LED TV (LG 65UC970T) arc hdmi port and hdmi port given in subwoofer. No sound was coming even after trying all troubleshooting ways given in the sony soundbar manual.

I want to return this product back to carrefour as this is a faulty product.

Please inform me how to return this product? When some one pick from delivery point?
