I shop at Burj Views carrefour in Dubai. I earned 500 points on my myclub card on 9/7/2017 and apparently received a 50 AED voucher but I never received it! no one said “here’s your 50 AED voucher.” Now my points are back to the beginning. This is not fair. No one is helping me with it. I shopped for almost for 5 months to earn those point and I have nothing to show for it. Not shopping at carrefour again!
