I bought a 2 ton air conditioner unit, the model is NWAC24056HC23N which is show in the website as 2 ton and in the model number as 24 meaning 24,000BTU, but the unit I received is 20,000BTU which is 4000BTU short, I replaced my old Air conditioner which was 22,000BTU in order to get a bigger capacity but this turns out to be smaller.
The unit was brought to my door step and was not installed . I had to pay for air conditioning technicians to install it.
I got smaller capacity air conditioning and had to pay for air conditioning installation which is supposed to a be free service included.
