I had placed an order on cartbuy.co.in for shoes ,but the shoes which wer delivered to me were completely different from what i had ordered.
I mailed them thereafter regarding return of the product and demamded a refund, for which i received a ticket number from them and thereafter no one has come to take back the product and nor they are answering my mails now.
Kindly help me out to get my refund.
