I purchase shoes online from CurtBuy.co.in on 28/12/16 & I got delivery on 03/01/17 . for shoes I have paid 1100/- to delivery courier boy, because cash on delivery.
When I open this shoes they deliver me wrong shoes instead of which I order,

I complain on phone immediately about refund or replace of this shoes on below mention number 011-65001568 , 011-65001582 on that day they ensure me that this shoes will replace or refund your money within 7 working days,

But almost 1.5 month pass away but no replied from this company & when ever I call their is ladies & they said same work ‘ we will do, our senior is not presence, network problem , light problem , our person will contact you etc,

my order number is OID9940 , complain no is IPN9088822 but no further progress,

I think that I become victim of jugglery of this company, they are fraud company selling online product .
so that I put my complain on this site, & expect some positive action.
