On seeing an ad in Times of India Mobile App I placed an order for Tenda AC10 AC1200 Wireless Smart Dual-Band Gigabit WiFi Router – Rs 799. Surprisingly from the very next day the site is not working and there is no response from their Support team. There is no tracking provided even after a week.
This is clearly a scam.
How come reputed company like Times of India run such ads from such fake companies?

I had purchased a braun 9 in 1 all in one trimmer through an ad in Facebook from cartooz.in on May 12, 2021 under order no #1304 for Rs. 699/- but still not received any delivery. It has become so easy to get cheated and nobody to catch such culprits. What do i do to get back my refund. Please help.
