Good afternoon

After speaking with your assistant, he telephonically advised me to send the email with the whole incident.

What happened was that I was wrongly charged for a car rental in Dubai by AVIS (Cartrweler)

 So with nothing to collect
• Last attachment is an open payment for the 1600 Dirhams, should something happen, which has not happened.
The debit amount should not be paid because according to the above information it is an error on the part of the Agency in question.
