I ordered a rear mirror for a Hyundai Eon online from cartrends with order number 12069.
I contacted him after 7 days, and he responded that my item was not available on the market. After 10 days, he responded that our order had been canceled, and a refund process had been started.
I made an arrangement locally for a lower price, and after receiving confirmation that my order was ready on June 17, I told the seller I wanted to cancel, but the seller sent the item, which I twice rejected.
Please begin the process of returning my item and processing my refund.
