Casagrand, particular to CRM department cheat their customer with fake promises.
They ask us to transfer money to them so they could buy stamp papers for the value what they did is attach a Rs.100 stamp paper instead of buying papers for Rs.71000. when asked about it they told they never said they’ll buy for us.
At any instance, if a customer approaches crm with a doubt or reporting something, only the first time they pick the call the other times, your calls won’t be attended continuing to several months.
Also, casagrand promised 5yrs company maintenance but they are not actually adhering to their process. Gate securities alone are asked to come for work only on weekends as their site may have visitors and they shouldn’t doubt of maintenance being taken care.
For the residential plot, marketing executives themselves take survey stones from sold plots and lay it on unsold one’s. May of the investors face this issue and the same thing happens, we approach CRM they’ll listen to our query and out calls won’t be picked for another 6months.
Company like this, they stick with ruling parties to have biased support for new projects and survive their business. One cannot expect customer support from casagrand. Only thing that happens in a proper manner is the cheque collection for payment dues.
This is my first time purchasing property with casagrand and I’ll be make sure to never make a mistake twice.
