Hello. I’ve been good payer since day one I install the cash loan. Due to emergencies I have regarding my card that I’m using is lost, I try to send them an email that if they can reconsidered my late payments. They said they cannot and that’s not their problem. I didn’t say I will not pay, hence, only I’m waiting for my salary to come. They threatening me also too much. This is my 4th time on cash loan everytime i pay on time just this month I’m not because of my emergencies. I want an action for this one. The lady who call me her nationality is India. She talking to me so rudely. Please take action for this one
